Product Description
Drive motor and cam switch upgrade kit for General Electric LRT65. This kit is intended to provide direct replacement components and upgrades for existing LRT65 load tap changers with motor drive controls issues.
The kit contains the following items, which are "typically" found to be faulty when experiencing drive motor runaway conditions and/or intermittent thermal trips of the LTC drive motor:
- Drive Motor - more robust, upgraded motor with improved torque and higher operating temperature thermal protection limits
- Cam switches - improved design with roller arm actuation and full adjustability of all three cam switches
- 84X time delay brake relay with high resolution adjustment knob, allowing more precise time delay setting increments.
